This long drink with its hit of ginger is just the thing for November gettogethers. Wrecking Coast brand ambassador Tomáš Čistÿ has created this cocktail recipe using the distillery’s signature Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin for authentic seasonal sipping

Wrecking Coast

Serves 1

You will need

Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin 50ml
Fever-Tree Ginger Ale 200ml
Fresh lime 2 wedges
Dried apple crown 1, to garnish


  1. Fill a collins glass with a generous amount of ice.
  2. Add the gin to the glass and top with the ginger ale. Squeeze in the juice from the lime wedges and stir.
  3. Garnish with the dried apple and lime wedges.
