Shaun Bebington, founder and distiller at Caspyn Cornish Gin in Penzance, shares his summery cocktail recipe using his new Dandelion and Burdock Gin
You will need
Dandelion and Burdock Gin 50ml
Lemon juice 25ml, freshly squeezed
Sugar syrup 15ml
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Cointreau and raspberries into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a dandelion flower.
