Shaun Bebington, founder and distiller at Caspyn Cornish Gin in Penzance, shares his summery cocktail recipe using his new Dandelion and Burdock Gin

Serves 1


You will need

Dandelion and Burdock Gin 50ml
Lemon juice
25ml, freshly squeezed
Sugar syrup
15ml
Cointreau
10ml
Raspberries
3

Method

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Cointreau and raspberries into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. 
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a dandelion flower.
