You will need
Fresh white crab meat 150g, cooked
Double cream 75ml
English mustard 1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/3 tsp
Salt a pinch
Freshly baked bread a couple slices
- Add all the ingredients except for the bread to the pan. Bring to a simmer, stir and reduce the heat.
- Grill the bread until crisp and serve with the warm crab mixture.
