Double cream 75ml
English mustard 1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/3 tsp
Salt a pinch
Freshly baked bread a couple slices

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the bread to the pan. Bring to a simmer, stir and reduce the heat.
