Ice cubes
Tangerine juice 45ml
Dry vermouth 20ml
Lost and Grounded Wanna Go To The Sun pale ale (4.6%) 180ml
Soda water 30ml
Orange 1 strip of peel

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add the tangerine juice and vermouth.
  3. Carefully pour in the pale ale.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils, then drop into the glass as a garnish.
