You will need
Frobishers Peach & Lychee Cordial 35ml
Cold brewed cucumber and green tea 75ml
Rhubarb vinegar 25ml
Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic to top up
Sugar syrup 10ml
- Churn the cordial, cold brew and rhubarb vinegar over ice, then top up with tonic.
- Garnish with a sprig of dill, cucumber curl or a nasturtium flower for an elegant finish.
Make your own
Cold brewed cucumber tea
Add 3 green teabags to 200ml of chilled water. After 1 hour, add 10 slices of cucumber and leave for 1 further hour. Strain off the liquid using a fine sieve.
