Cotswold Artisan Coffee

Passionate coffee expertise paired with great cakes and bakes

A true passion for coffee runs through every element of Cotswold Artisan Coffee – from owners Mandy and Barry Cook’s energetic coffee chat to the interior of this Cirencester cafe. The Wega Concept All Black is the centrepiece, with simple black and white décor framing the machine and rustic canvas coffee bags draping the handmade bar.

Mandy and Barry are keen to showcase great filter coffee and give their customers a choice of steeping methods at the brew bar – and with six single origins to choose from, the combinations are intriguingly vast.

The team works to a sustainable ethos, using organic, non-homogenised milk from the local dairy to complement the carefully selected coffee roasts, and home-grown ingredients wherever possible in its cakes and bakes.

But it’s the coffee courses and cupping sessions that make this place stand out. Take along your own equipment and let the highly trained staff show you how to produce quality coffee at home from your own gear.
