Quality coffee brews and food in Falmouth

Falmouth’s Espressini opened in 2011 and is well worth a visit. In three short years it’s become one of the venues at the forefront of Cornwall’s burgeoning cafe scene.

Its seasonal espresso selection offers something for every palate, with beans sourced from the best speciality roasters in the UK, as well as occasional international guests. A choice of single origin filters is also available, brewed using Clever dripper, AeroPress and various other pourover methods.

Owner Rupert Ellis and his team were listed in The Independent’s Top 50 speciality coffee shops in the UK, and last year, manager Hannah Giles was named top female barista in Cornwall, so your caffeine fix is in good hands. With the addition of the Espressini Kitchen in June 2014, it’s not just all about the coffee either; breakfast is an all-day affair, while lunch happily lingers on into the afternoon.
