Dorset’s best festival is coming back next year
Early-bird tickets are now on sale for We Out Here festival 2027, taking place at Wimborne St Giles, Dorset, from August 19–22.
Curated by BBC Radio 6 Music presenter Gilles Peterson, the four-day festival brings together jazz, soul, hip-hop, house, afro and electronica alongside wellbeing sessions, talks, workshops and cultural activities.
We Out Here is proudly family friendly, with a dedicated programme of music, dance, crafts, outdoor play and other activities for younger festivalgoers. Its food offering champions independent traders and family-run businesses, including producers from Dorset. In 2024, traders donated a fridge trailer of produce to Wimborne Food Bank.
The festival maintains close links with the surrounding community through meetings, a dedicated helpline and discounted local tickets, while residents of Wimborne St Giles can apply for complimentary entry.
