You will need
Tarquins Dry Gin 35ml
Lemon juice 10ml
Knightor Classic Brut Cuvée 50ml
Strawberry 1, to garnish
Mint a sprig, to garnish
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the gin, grenadine and lemon juice and stir. Top with the Cuvée.
- Garnish with seasonal red fruit and sprig of mint.
