Warm up the season’s chilly evenings by rustling up a round of this homemade mocktail, crafted using Frobishers‘ Sloe and Raspberry Cordial

Sloe Explorer mocktail

Serves 1


You will need

Martin Frobisher’s Sloe and Raspberry Cordial 35ml
Fresh lemon juice 25ml
Runny honey 12.5ml
Schweppes 1783 dark muscovado spirit mixer to top up
Blackberries and blueberries on a rosemary pick to garnish

Method

  1. Shake the cordial, lemon juice and honey together in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain the liquid into a glass then top up with the muscovado spirit mixer and garnish with the berries.
