Sass up an 80s classic with this take on the snowball from the team at Hyde & Co in Bristol

Snowball cocktail

Serves 1

You will need

Martell VS Cognac 40ml
Egg 1
Cream 25ml
Spiced sugar syrup 20ml
Pimento Dram 1.25ml
Fever Tree Lemonade


  1. Whisk the egg and cream together with a forked spoon.
  2. Add the egg mix to a cocktail shaker with the cognac, sugar syrup and Pimento Dram, then shake.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Strain into a glass and charge with lemonade.
