You will need
Frobishers Cranberry Juice 75ml
Henriques & Henriques Finest Full Rich 5yo Madeira 35ml
Chase Oak Aged Sloe & Mulberry Gin (or other good quality sloe gin) 35ml
Teapigs Super Fruit Teabag 1
Rosé champagne optional side
- Heat the juice, madeira and gin over a gentle heat in a small pan.
- Transfer the warm mixture to heatproof glasses.
- Add the teabag and infuse for 1–2 minutes before serving.
- Serve the sloe burner as it is, or with a shot of pink champagne on the side as a festively fizzy palate cleanser.
