The contemporary luxe dining room at the eco-friendly (and grown-ups-only) hotel serves seasonal dishes against a backdrop of waves and the wine-coloured sunsets of Mawgan Porth beach.
Head chef Mike Francis pays tribute to the abundance of nature in his European-style dishes sourced from Cornwall’s innovative, organic and sustainable growers, farmers and fishermen. Ingredients speak for themselves in hits such as Gloucester Old Spot pork with smoked bacon jam, fondant potato and juniper jus.
An accompanying “real wine” list also tunes palates in to the natural world with an emphasis on artisan producers who favour traditional and earth-friendly methods of wine production.
