The results are in! Discover which South West restaurants are featured in the Michelin Guide 2026, including Bib Gourmands and Green Stars

This year’s Michelin stars were unveiled at a ceremony on February 9 at the Convention Centre in Dublin. Many restaurants in the region retained the prestigious accolade, with Ugly Butterfly being the newest addition to the fold. Destination restaurants including Àclèaf at Boringdon Hall in Plymouth, Paul Ainsworth at No.6 in Padstow and Restaurant Hywel Jones by Lucknam Park in Colerne all held on to their stars, while a wealth of new venues earned Bib Gourmands and Green Stars for the first time.
