The winners of the Food Lifestyle Awards 2024 were revealed on September 30 at Nancarrow Farm near Truro. Discover who went home with gongs and browse the behind-the-scenes images of what went down on the night
For over a decade our awards have celebrated the South West’s best chefs, restaurants, dining pubs, foodie hotels, drinks products, farm shops and more. To mark our evolution into Food Lifestyle, this year we established new categories in the lifestyle realm including exceptional spa experience, cool place to stay and outstanding retail experience, providing readers with even more opportunity to get behind their favourite indie businesses. Each year we receive tens of thousands of reader votes and previous winners include Jack Stein, The Beckford Bottle Shop, Crocadon, Emily Scott and Scarlet Hotel.
The winners were revealed at a celebratory supper and awards ceremony at Nancarrow Farm in Cornwall on September 30. The feast, cooked by the Nancarrow team led by head chef Jack Bristow, included dishes such as ricotta ravioli with heritage tomato, lovage and Old Winchester, and grilled hispi cabbage with lamb-fat crumb, Cornish seaweed and shallot. Quality ingredients were supplied by Nancarrow Farm, Trewithen Dairy and St Ewe eggs. Fine wines were supplied by Ellis Wines, Knightor Winery and Pebblebed Vineyards. Further drinks were provided by Thatchers, Trevethan Distillery, Navas and Yallah Coffee.
