Serves 1
- The Wrecking Coast Cornish Clotted Cream Gin 35ml
- Fee Brothers Orange Bitters 3 drops
- Briottet Crème de Cacao Blanc 25ml
- Cinnamon stick 1
- Dried orange a slice
- Pour the gin and bitters into a cut glass tumbler with ice and stir until melted.
- Add the crème de cacao along with two more ice cubes and stir until melted.
- Gently stir in a cinnamon stick, add ice and garnish with a slice of dried orange.
