- Frobishers Mango Juice 200ml
- Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler 150ml
- Lime 1, juice of
- Mint a sprig
- Pour the juice, Sparkler and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Give the ingredients a good shake until fully combined.
- Strain the drink into a tall glass, filled with ice. Serve with a couple of fresh mint leaves.
