Black Tor Rum Daiquiri
Served exclusively at Winslade Manor near Exeter, this Black Tor Daiquiri is a sophisticated take on the classic rum cocktail
Makes 1
- Black Tor Premium Reserve Golden Rum 50ml
- Lime juice 25ml
- Sugar syrup 10ml
- Ice cubes
- Lime 1, to garnish
- Place all the ingredients in a boston shaker and shake well to combine.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or twisted lime peel.
