This Devon Stormy cocktail is treacherously easy to make and drink
Serves

You will need
Dark or spiced rum
50ml
Sugar syrup
25ml
Lime juice
15ml, freshly squeezed
Ginger beer
85ml or to taste
Lime wedge
to garnish
Method
Take a chilled long glass and fill with plenty of ice.
Combine the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice in a mixing glass and give it a stir.
Pour the rum mix over the ice in the glass and top up with ginger beer. Stir gently.
Rub a wedge of lime around the rim then drop it in the glass.
