- Martell VS Cognac 40ml
- Egg 1
- Cream 25ml
- Spiced sugar syrup 20ml
- Pimento Dram 1.25ml
- Fever Tree Lemonade
- Whisk the egg and cream together with a forked spoon.
- Add the egg mix to a cocktail shaker with the cognac, sugar syrup and Pimento Dram, then shake.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain into a glass and charge with lemonade.
