You will need
Martell VS Cognac
40ml
Egg
1
Cream
25ml
Spiced sugar syrup
20ml
Pimento Dram
1.25ml
Fever Tree Lemonade
Method
Whisk the egg and cream together with a forked spoon.
Add the egg mix to a cocktail shaker with the cognac, sugar syrup and Pimento Dram, then shake.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
Strain into a glass and charge with lemonade.
