You will need
Salcombe Gin Start Point
50ml
Fresh lime juice
25ml
Strawberries
2, quartered
Luscombe Strawberry Crush
to taste
Luscombe Light Devon Tonic
to taste
Ice cubes
Mint
a sprig
Lime
a wedge
Method
Put the ice, gin, lime juice and strawberries in a glass.
Pour in Strawberry Crush until ¾ full, then top up with Light Devon Tonic.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime.
