Zesty barbecue sauce
Slather this zesty barbecue sauce over your fave grilling meats

You will need
Vegetable oil
Onion
1 large, chopped
Garlic
2 cloves, crushed
Tinned tomatoes
400g
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp
White wine vinegar
1 tbsp
Lemon
1, zest and juice
Orange
1, zest and juice
Dark brown sugar
1 tbsp
Honey
1 tbsp
Mustard powder
1 tsp
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
to season
Method
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly before pouring into a blender and blitzing until smooth.
Use to marinade your fave barbecue meats or as the ultimate dipping sauce.
