Serves    1
  • 6 O’Clock Gin 50ml
  • Fresh lemon juice 25ml
  • Sugar syrup 15ml
  • Crème de mûre 20ml
  • Fresh blackberries 3
  • Lemon a slice
  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake to combine.
  2. In a tumbler, add the crème de mûre to fresh ice before straining the gin mix on top.
  3. Garnish with blackberries and a slice of lemon.
