Festive Negroni

On the nose this festive Negroni from Fifteen Cornwall is deep and intense, with grapefruit, spices and herbs

Serves    1

Infused Tarquins Cornish Gin 25ml
Campari 25ml
Martini Rosso 25ml

For the infused gin:
Tarquins Cornish Gin 1 bottle
Star anise 4
Cinnamon sticks 4
Cloves 6

To garnish:
Cinnamon stick 1
Fresh grapefruit 1 slice

  1. For the gin infusion: add all the ingredients to the bottle and infuse for 3 – 7 days depending on taste, then sieve.
  2. For the Negroni: mix all ingredients into an old fashioned glass half filled with ice and stir to dilute slightly, 20 or so turns. Garnish to finish.
