Ice cubes
Lyme Bay Traditional Mead 1 part
Sparkling water or soda water 1 part
Fresh lemon juice to taste
Lemon slices and fresh mint leaves

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add equal parts Lyme Bay Winery Traditional Mead and sparkling water/soda.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the glass to the desired level of tartness and stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint, then give it a final stir.
