Summer Blush cocktail
This sunshiny gin cocktail is best served alfresco

- Method
- Salcombe Gin Start Point 50ml
- Fresh lime juice 25ml
- Strawberries 2, quartered
- Luscombe Strawberry Crush to taste
- Luscombe Light Devon Tonic to taste
- Ice cubes
- Mint a sprig
- Lime a wedge
- Put the ice, gin, lime juice and strawberries in a glass.
- Pour in Strawberry Crush until ¾ full, then top up with Light Devon Tonic.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime.
