Serves    1
  • Salcombe Gin Start Point 50ml
  • Fresh lime juice 25ml
  • Strawberries 2, quartered
  • Luscombe Strawberry Crush to taste
  • Luscombe Light Devon Tonic to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint a sprig
  • Lime a wedge
  1. Put the ice, gin, lime juice and strawberries in a glass.
  2. Pour in Strawberry Crush until ¾ full, then top up with Light Devon Tonic.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime.
