If you’ve sipped a well-crafted Espresso Martini in a bar, but never shaken up one at home, prepare to have your world rocked: they’re super straightforward to make

Serves    1
  • Vodka 50ml
  • Kahlua 25ml
  • Cold espresso 25ml
  • Coffee beans 3, to garnish
  1. Chill a coupe or martini glass.
  2. Pour the vodka, Kahlua and espresso into a cocktail shaker with a couple of ice cubes. Shake hard.
  3. Strain the Espresso Martini into the serving glass. Carefully garnish with a couple of coffee beans.
