Exeter indie launches summer supper club

Missing the buzz and excitement of dining out with friends? You’ll want to get your hands on a ticket for The Oddfellows’ new summer supper club

Popular Exeter gastropub The Oddfellows has launched a line-up of Supper Club Lock-Ins which will take place on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout the summer.

Up to 28 diners can look forward to a six course tasting menu complete with a cocktail aperitif and wine pairings from local merchants. To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, the team at The Oddfellows will be welcoming guests at staggered arrival times and implementing full table service.

The weekly-changing menus will have a strong focus on seasonal and local ingredients, with the fantastic produce being the star of each dish. Highlights on the preview menu include sea trout with samphire, and pea and mint risotto with parmesan tuille. More of a pudding person? Toothsome treats such as the basil sorbet with strawberries, and salted caramel tart with clotted cream are particularly drool-worthy.

The first supper club will be held on July 31, book here.
