The first round of voting will close on January 3, 2022. On January 5, a shortlist for each category will be revealed and readers will be invited to vote for their favourites in each category. The second round of voting closes on January 19. The finalists will be revealed on January 21 and invited to a luxe Trencherman’s Awards ceremony at The Alverton Hotel in Truro on March 7.

The Trencherman’s Awards celebrate the crème de la crème of South West culinary talent: previous winners include Jude Kereama (Kota), Rick Stein (Rick Stein Restaurants), Robin Hudson (The Pig) and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias (Casamia).
