This year’s Michelin stars were announced on Monday February 5 at a ceremony at the historic Midland Hotel in Manchester. Many renowned South West restaurants retained the prestigious accolade and the region gained one new Michelin star for Crocadon in St Mellion. Exmoor Forest Inn in Simonsbath was awarded a Green Star for its commitment to sustainable practices and culinary creativity, while The Clifton in Bristol and The Mulberry in Falmouth scooped Bib Gourmands for the first time.
