Top chefs including Jack Stein, Emily Scott and Simon Stallard set to cook up a storm at St Ives Food & Drink Festival this spring

St Ives Food & Drink Festival returns to Porthminster Beach in Cornwall on May 13-15 for three days of culinary thrills on the coast.

After a successful event in September 2021, the organisers have secured a cracking line-up of foodie names for this year’s festival. On the bill (so far) are Jack Stein (Rick Stein Restaurants), Emily Scott (Emily Scott Food), Simon Stallard (The Hidden Hut), Adam Handling (The Ugly Butterfly), Jude Kereama (Kota Restaurant), Jackson Bristow (Nancarrow Farm) and Andrew Tuck (St Kew Inn).

The chefs will do demos and craft exciting feasts for festivalgoers, using the asado firepit. Visitors will also be able to engage with a range of food and drink masterclasses, and visit a market of street-food vendors and stalls from Cornwall’s finest producers.

As the sun sets, the party starts, and music acts will take over the entertainment. The evening line-up includes 3 Daft Monkeys, Town of Cats and Malavita.

Daytime entry to St Ives Food & Drink Festival is free, but the evening music events are ticketed – secure yours here. View the full line-up here.
