Wrecking Coast brand ambassador Tomáš Čistÿ has created this cocktail recipe using the distillery’s signature Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin for authentic seasonal sipping

Serves    1
  • Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin 50ml
  • Fever-Tree Ginger Ale 200ml
  • Fresh lime 2 wedges
  • Dried apple crown 1, to garnish
  1. Fill a collins glass with a generous amount of ice.
  2. Add the gin to the glass and top with the ginger ale. Squeeze in the juice from the lime wedges and stir.
  3. Garnish with the dried apple and lime wedges.

You will need

Method
