Cornerstone Ale cocktail recipe
This long drink with its hit of ginger is just the thing for winter gettogethers

- Cornerstone Rare Cornish Gin 50ml
- Fever-Tree Ginger Ale 200ml
- Fresh lime 2 wedges
- Dried apple crown 1, to garnish
- Fill a collins glass with a generous amount of ice.
- Add the gin to the glass and top with the ginger ale. Squeeze in the juice from the lime wedges and stir.
- Garnish with the dried apple and lime wedges.
