Ice cubes
Pinkmead Estate Wild Samphire Gin (40%) 50ml
Lime 25ml of fresh juice and a wheel garnish
Sugar syrup 15ml
Pink grapefruit soda to taste

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin, lime juice, syrup and soda.
  3. Run a lime wedge lightly across the rim.
  4. Stir gently, then add the lime as a garnish (or any other garnish of your choice).
