Basil Mojitini recipe
You will need
- Lime-infused Brugal Blanco Supremo Rum 50ml (alternatively use white rum)
- Mint water 50ml
- Basil syrup 25ml
- Lime juice 15ml
- Mint to garnish
- Combine the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
