Serves    1
  • Spiced rum 25ml
  • Cranberry juice 25ml
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry 25ml
  • Espresso double shot

To serve

  • Double cream
  • Grated nutmeg
  1. Place the rum, cranberry juice, sherry and double espresso in a boston shaker.
  2. Shake for 10 seconds and then double strain into a coupe glass.
  3. To serve: top with a layer of cream and sprinkle with the grated nutmeg.
