The full list of South West restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2023, including Bib Gourmands and Green stars

This year’s Michelin stars were announced on Monday March 27 at a ceremony at Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire. The South West received three new stars, with Àclèaf in Plymouth, Gidleigh Park in Chagford and Lumière in Cheltenham all receiving one Michelin star. Of the four new Green stars to be awarded, three of them went to restaurants in the region – Crocadon in St Mellion, Culture in Falmouth and Osip in Bruton.

Destination restaurants such as Lympstone Manor near Exmouth, Outlaw’s New Road in Port Isaac and Paco Tapas in Bristol retained their stars and a wealth of new venues earned Bib Gourmands for the first time.
