Roasted radishes with garlic and rosemary

Oven temp 200°c/gas 6

- Radishes 800g, topped and tailed
- Garlic cloves 6, sliced
- Rosemary a small bunch, stalk removed
- Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt and pepper
1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°c/gas 6.
2. Put all of the ingredients into a medium sized ovenproof dish, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until slightly caramelised. Serve at once
