Roasted radishes with garlic and rosemary

Roast radish

A beautifully mellow and fragrant dish, roasted radishes with garlic and rosemary make an ideal festive side dish

Serves    4
Oven temp    200°c/gas 6
  • Radishes 800g, topped and tailed
  • Garlic cloves 6, sliced
  • Rosemary a small bunch, stalk removed
  • Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper

1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°c/gas 6.

2. Put all of the ingredients into a medium sized ovenproof dish, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until slightly caramelised. Serve at once
