This Negroni is another easy-to-make classic with seasonal appeal, thanks to its orange peel garnish and berry colour

Serves    1
  • Gin 25ml
  • Campari 25ml
  • Red vermouth 25ml
  • Orange peel to garnish
  1. Half fill a tumbler with ice.
  2. Combine the gin, campari and vermouth in a mixing glass with a couple of ice cubes. Stir to chill.
  3. Strain the Negroni into the serving glass and garnish with a sliver of freshly pared orange peel.
