You will need
Spiced rum
25ml
Cranberry juice
25ml
Pedro Ximenez sherry
25ml
Espresso
double shot
To serve
Double cream
Grated nutmeg
Method
Place the rum, cranberry juice, sherry and double espresso in a boston shaker.
Shake for 10 seconds and then double strain into a coupe glass.
To serve:
top with a layer of cream and sprinkle with the grated nutmeg.
