This Negroni is another easy-to-make classic with seasonal appeal, thanks to its orange peel garnish and berry colour

You will need
Gin
25ml
Campari
25ml
Red vermouth
25ml
Orange peel
to garnish
Method
Half fill a tumbler with ice.
Combine the gin, campari and vermouth in a mixing glass with a couple of ice cubes. Stir to chill.
Strain the Negroni into the serving glass and garnish with a sliver of freshly pared orange peel.
